Field operations, mastered

Live Ops. Real time. No drift.

Morpheus Ops turns every shift into signal. Reps check in. Tasks get done. Photos and signatures attach to the right shift. Operations watches it all on one colour-coded map.

Why this matters now

Real time updates, not end of day reports.

Field force management has shifted from basic coordination to full operational control. Phone calls, paper job sheets, manual reporting — that approach worked when teams were small. In 2026, it can't keep up. The teams winning right now run on live data, not Friday recaps.

Morpheus Ops operations dashboard — live map, shifts, and field activity

Live Ops, on one screen.

A real-time field map, colour-coded by status — on-site, travelling, late, off-site. Glance, know, act. The whole operation, in one view.

Time, settled.

GPS-verified check-ins end the timesheet argument for good. Hours log the moment they happen, so payroll closes in an hour, not a Friday.

Proof of work, automatic.

Photos, signatures, and completed tasks attach to the right shift, customer, and rep automatically. End of day, the receipts already exist.

The route runs itself.

Hourly re-optimisation surfaces a better order whenever one exists. One tap to apply it on the rep’s phone — no spreadsheet, no rebriefing.

60-second Workforce Health Check

Find out where your operations actually stand.
